Our team has extensive residential development experience both in Ghana and the United Kingdom. We have been involved in multi-million pound residential projects initially from the basic infrastructural development through to the completion of the accommodation units. We also have experience in the development of individual houses, semi-detached units, town houses and multi storey apartments.

COMMERCIAL

SKOL Consult has considerable experience of retail schemes ranging from major city centre regenerations through retail led mixed use schemes in town centres to individual high street shop developments. We have also been involved in the development of multi million pounds high rise office buildings in major city centres in the United Kingdom.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Our team has good experience having been involved in high profile infrastructure works both in and the . Our experience covers Enabling Works, Civil Engineering Works, Utility Services required for the development.
